Accommodation Rates and Policies
Rates inclusive of GST (12.5%)
High Season: NZ$700 per night
15th December – 30th April and 15th June – 31st October
Low Season: NZ$600 per night
1st May – 14th June and 1st November - 14th December
Terms and Conditions
A 25% deposit of the total stay is required upon booking Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a NZ$250.00 booking fee Cancellation within 30 days of your visit will incur a loss of deposit Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your account Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside 45 South No pets or animals are permitted 45 South or its owners accept no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and we recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay Whilst the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible 45 South is for a maximum of 8 people Local phone calls are free of charge 45 South is serviced every three days. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a charge of NZ$150 per service on prior request. Check in time is from 2:00pm onwards, check out time is before 10:00am. We may be able to accommodate late check out or early check in. This is by prior arrangement only
